SCOTUS: Virginia May Remove Noncitizens from Voter Rolls – READ IN FULL

The court's liberals would have let the self-declared noncitizens remain eligible to vote.

The United States Supreme Court ordered, Wednesday, October 30, that Virginia may resume removing noncitizens from its voter rolls prior to Election Day on November 5. An earlier ruling by a federal judge had instructed that 1,600 noncitizens must be restored to the rolls. After losing in federal district court, Virginia officials presented an emergency appeal to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, who denied it.

This 6-3 ruling (with all liberal judges dissenting) blocked the initial decision.

Liberty Nation News believes you should have all the facts without the spin. As such, we republish the brief order here in full.
