Murthy v. Missouri

Ruling in Murthy v. Missouri, on June 26, 2024, the majority opinion declared that “Neither the individual nor the state plaintiffs have established Article III standing to seek an injunction against any defendant.”

The question presented was:

“[W]hether the plaintiffs have demonstrated traceability for their past injuries.”
