Two Illegal Immigrants Repeatedly Raped 11-Year-Old

Germantown, MD

Mauricio Berrar-Navidad and Carlos Palacios-Amaya

Two illegal aliens from El Salvador have been arrested for allegedly raping an 11-year-old girl on numerous occasions. Mauricio Barrera-Navidad, 29, and Carlos Palacios-Amaya, 28, were friends of the victim’s older brother.

The girl told a school official about the situation, saying that Barrera-Navidad raped her several times and tried to get her to stay home from school so that he could spend more time with her while her parents were at work. The father of four also filmed himself having sex with the child. Law enforcement confirmed finding images on his cellphone of them together. He has been charged with one count of rape and is locked up without bail.

Palacios-Amaya is being held without bail on four counts of rape charges.

According to ICE, both suspects were in the country illegally. Palacios-Amaya had even been removed from the US in 2014 and is known to the organization as a “repeat immigration violator.” Barrera-Navidad received a “final order of removal” in 2016.

Man Who Kidnapped 16-Year-Old and Stabbed Family Sentenced

Macon, GA

Adrian J. Garcia-Zamarroon

Finally, some justice. Adrian J. Garcia-Zamarroon, 23, was sentenced to 30 years in prison for stabbing four people and raping a minor.

According to reports, Garcia-Zamarroon went to a restaurant where the young girl worked with her parents. He then stabbed four people and drove off with the girl. When the vehicle ran out of gas, he stopped and took the girl into an empty home that was under construction. Still wielding a knife, he threated the victim’s life and raped her.

The abandoned car was found the next day and law enforcement spotted Garcia-Zamarroon and the teen walking along the road on Aug. 25, 2018.

Garcia-Zamarroon pleaded guilty to the rape and his sentence of 30 years was a result of a plea agreement. When he is released from prison, he will have to register as a sex offender and, because of his immigration status, he may be deported as well.
