Editor’s Note – The Illegals Crime Report looks at crimes reported in the United States at the hands of those listed as illegal or undocumented.
Week of April 30 – May 7
This past week as been tragically full of crimes against children and women. The whole country is on lockdown, but that hasn’t seemed to stop illegal immigrants from committing atrocious crimes on America’s young and vulnerable.
Ohio: Man Charged with Raping 12-Year-Old
Dionicio Baten-Sica, 19, pleaded not guilty to the charge of first-degree rape of a child under the age of 13. The alleged rape occurred inside his apartment. Amanda Miller, the assistant Tuscarawas County prosecutor, told The Times-Reporter, “This is not alleged to have included force or coercion and is considered rape due to the juvenile female being under the age of thirteen (by two months) at the time of the sexual conduct.”
The incident happened between October 1 and December 31, 2019. After his arrest, the suspect claimed he was unable to afford an attorney and was therefore assigned one by the court. Ironically, he was being held on $100,000 bail, and even though he qualified for taxpayer-paid legal help, he still managed to come up with the 10% for the bond – $10,000 – and made bail shortly afterward. Baten-Sica is not scheduled back to court until September.
Washington: Man Raped 14-Year-Old Girl
In Grandview, WA, Yakima County sheriff’s deputies arrested Salvador Virrueta Chavez after discovering that he had allegedly forced himself on a young girl. In what appears to be an attempt to groom the 14-year-old for sexual relations, he sent graphic photographs of himself for months prior to the incident, according to the victim. Eventually, the teen agreed to meet him in person.
Authorities questioned Chavez, who admitted to sending the obscene photos to the victim as well as sexually assaulting her. He was charged with child molestation and rape of a child and is currently being held on a $25,000 bail at the Yakima County Jail.
Nevada: Man Rapes Woman Despite Pleas to Stop
What happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas, at least not for Juan Gonzaga, 37, who continued to assault a woman after she repeatedly told him to stop. When police arrested him, the suspect admitted to forcing himself on the victim.
The woman said she and Gonzaga had been at his home drinking beer when he offered to give her a back massage. But he didn’t stop there, and a few minutes later he pulled down her pants and sexually assaulted her. According to an affidavit, the victim “estimates she told Juan to stop approximately 50 times.” Gonzaga was questioned and “confessed that [the victim] told him to stop at least five different times … Juan acknowledged he crossed the line continuing to sexually assault [her] after she told him to stop.”
He was charged with gross lewdness, kidnapping, and six counts of sexual assault. Gonzaga was being held on a $20,000 cash bond at the Clark County Jail.
Virginia: Alien Pulls Woman off Sidewalk to Rape Her
A woman was pulled off a sidewalk in the 42,000 block of Airline Parkway and allegedly raped by 19-year-old Antonio Paz Orellano, an illegal immigrant. Fairfax County police officers responded to the crime scene and the victim told the authorities she saw the suspect running off into a nearby wooded area after he assaulted her.
Orellano is being held on an ICE detainer at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, charged with first-degree rape. Authorities are asking for other victims, witnesses, or anyone with information to come forward. Arizona Border Recon, a non-profit NGO that monitors the border in Arizona and gathers intelligence for Border Patrol, shared the request on its Facebook page.
North Carolinians for Immigration Reform and Enforcement (NCFIRE)
April 2020
Each month, the North Carolina organization NCFIRE posts a list of sexual crimes committed against children by illegal immigrants. The numbers are staggering – especially considering that they’re just for one state. Take a look at the last four months’ statistics.
January 2020
- 38 illegal immigrants were arrested.
- 140 charges of child rape and sexual abuse.
February 2020
- 15 illegal immigrants were arrested.
- 40 charges of child rape and sexual abuse.
March 2020
- 22 illegal immigrants were arrested.
- 145 charges of child rape and sexual abuse.
April 2020
- 15 illegal immigrants were arrested.
- 29 charges of child rape and sexual abuse.
This barely represents a drop in the bucket of just how many children are being sexually abused nationwide by people who shouldn’t have been here to begin with.
Sanctuary cities and states are only making it easier for predators to remain in the country as they prey on children.
Tune in next week for more on the illegals crime report.
