Editor’s Note – The Illegals Crime Report looks at crimes committed in the United States at the hands of those who shouldn’t be in the country.
Week of January 17 – January 23
Rape of Minor
Wake County, NC
A 15-year-old girl was reportedly raped by a 33-year-old male who could not speak English. According to reports, Victor Emandes-Ramirez of Zebulon allegedly kidnapped the young girl as she walked to a bus stop, then forced her into his car and took her to a shed behind a mobile home where he is said to have forced her to perform sexual acts. The man used Google Translate to communicate with her and after he drove her back to her high school, he sent her a text telling her she was pretty and to not tell anyone what had just happened.
Later that same day, the suspect’s Hyundai Sonata was seen on surveillance footage at the victim’s school and authorities were able to apprehend him.
The girl’s father, understandably, was distraught and had a few choice words to say about the crime. “It could have gone a lot of different ways, but luckily, the sheriff got him before I did,” he said. “I hope he gets life in prison, and I hope he gets tortured every day of his life.”
Emandes-Ramirez is being held on a $1 million bond and is scheduled to return to court on Jan. 30. He has been charged with first-degree kidnapping, statutory rape of a child, and statutory sex offense with a child.
“It was one of the worst phone calls you could ever get and one of the hardest things to deal with,” the father exclaimed. “We’re going to get through it. It’s just tough, it really is, but my main goal is to try to make her better.”
Six Illegals Sex Trafficked Teen Female
Green Lake County, WI
A 17-year-old girl called the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 28, 2019, saying she had just escaped a residence where she had been sex trafficked. Deputies then found her walking along the side of the road.
The victim told investigators that Evis Amabilio Garcia-Rivera, 31, violently assaulted her earlier that day. She also claimed that another man, Ember Rivera, 37, said that if she didn’t have sex with him, he would tell police she was a prostitute. There were other men, she said, who used threats and intimidation to force her to have sex with them.
The following day, on Nov. 29, police executed a search warrant and found six illegal immigrants from Guatemala in the residence where the girl alleged she was victimized. Esler Hugo Rivera, 33, claimed not to have had any sexual contact with the teen; however, he admitted the girl had been acting strange, tipping chairs and threatening others with a knife. Many of the men at the residence claimed they believed the victim was between 22 and 28 years old and had four children. Ember Rivera, Garcia-Rivera, 40-year-old Avelino Sarceno-Sarceno, and 28-year-olds Rolando Corado Gonzalez and Noe Buatista-Martinez admitted to paying for sex acts.
Esler Hugo Rivera, Ember Rivera, and Evis Amabillio Garcia-Rivera were charged with multiple felonies. Garcia-Rivera has been charged with second-degree sexual assault by use of force and child enticement with exposure of intimate parts. Elser Hugo Rivera and Ember Rivera are charged with third-degree sexual assault and child enticement with exposure of intimate parts.
The three other suspects – Sarceno-Sarceno, Buatista-Martinez, and Corado Gonzalez – have made at least one appearance in court.
