DOJ Trump Search Warrant Affidavit Here – READ IN FULL

This search warrant affidavit convinced a judge to allow a search of Mar-A-Lago.

The Department of Justice was forced to file the following document by Federal Magistrate Judge Bruce E. Reinhart. Reinhardt signed the search warrant for Donald Trump’s home at Mar-A-Lago, in Palm Beach, Florida, after reading an unredacted version of the affidavit. The DOJ objected to having any of the document disclosed, but the judge ruled otherwise. He had the DOJ submit a proposed redacted version under seal and then ruled the redactions were valid “because disclosure would reveal (1) the identities of witnesses, law enforcement agents, and uncharged parties, (2) the investigation’s strategy, direction, scope, sources, and methods, and (3) grand jury information[…].”

Liberty Nation believes you should have all the facts without the spin. As such, we republish the document here in full.
