Emerging Alliances Russia, China, North Korea, and Iran -- I think that if you step back and take a look at what has been happening over the last year and a half what you've seen is this This axis starting to form between Russia North Korea China and Iran Iran began the effort by providing cruise missiles and short-range missiles to Russia to use in Ukraine It is I think a part of a much larger approach to the world that says look at us We have an alliance that can do just about what we want to do and the United States is powerless to stop us And then the United States tries to do something that it should have done a thousand days ago when Russia was reeling And it's made the entire situation worse.
