You’d never know it from listening to the establishment media, but Kellyanne Conway is the real deal when it comes to feminism. As the first female to successfully manage a presidential campaign, run her own business and mother of four, if Conway were a lefty, the media would be swooning.
Instead, the feminist sheep are bleating and wandering all over the pasture, unsure of just what to do with Ms. Conway. After all, the looney left — whose beliefs come straight from MSNBC and BuzzFeed — prove over and over that no critical thinking necessary. Just keep following the shepherd over the river and through the woods.
As one of the most powerful women in the White House today, Kellyanne Conway continues to be rejected, excluded, scorned by liberal feminists. (Note the redundancy here.) So much for feminism being synonymous to equality. What modern day feminists truly mean is that they want equality for women, so long as those women are radical left-leaning man-haters.
One might ask: Is this really a surprise? After all, the tolerant left isn’t very tolerant at all — frequently reject those of differing viewpoints.
Hearken to the following: If you are a black conservative, liberals will derogatorily call you an “Uncle Tom.” If you are a Muslim, lefties will propagate that white Americans are judging you at all times. If you are a female conservative, feminists will state that you are a victim of the brainwash of societal norms set by the patriarchal society.
Progressives are unusually good at labeling and name-calling.
Do any of these phrases sound familiar to you? Well, keep an eagle eye out, because Conway is not buying what the left is selling.
Instead, Ms. Conway has gracefully paved her own path to success and right into the White House. This is something feminists fail to understand. There is no need for the mental barriers and brainwashing of fellow women that they are among societies oppressed. We should not should not weigh each other down, but build each other up.
Modern day feminists victimize themselves. They are equals in American society but do not want to believe so. They are unequal because they choose to be unequal. Triggered yet?
While modern day feminists whine about the myth of the gender wage gap, Conway breaks feminists’ mental barriers through hard work and determination. She is smart, sassy and unafraid – and that makes those old, bra-burning feminists very uncomfortable indeed.
While feminists continually drivel that white men are privileged and force oppression onto all other citizens, Conway is busy working with the 45th President to fix the tax code to aid all struggling Americans.
Regardless of any political differences one may have with Conway; feminists should take great respect and pride in knowing that she will be such a dominant female in the White House. After all, only about a century ago, this would not have been possible for a woman.
Personally, I look forward to the progress Conway will achieve during these next four (or perhaps eight) years. She makes me proud of the long fight that women have already won for equality in the US. And she paves the way for young conservative females like me to know that the glass ceiling is becoming more mythology than reality.
