The notorious "same sex" judge, who overturned the gay marriage ban in California last week, has made his own law and overturned 6000 years of history and God’s Law by decreeing that children have no right (or need) of a mother and father.  One may be wondering what historic precedent or wisdom of jurisprudence the judge used for his decision to overturn the will of the voters?  Forget the Constitution, a brochure from the American Psychological Association and the opinion of ultra-liberal Attorney General Jerry Brown was enough in this case!

This of course will apply to the entire nation if the Supreme Court upholds the decision and forces it upon the states via the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.  The gay rights movement has made good on its three-fold plan to conquer mainstream society.  First “tolerance”.  Then acceptance.  Then finally forced agreement with their agenda.  The madness will continue until people are jailed for speaking out against this abomination. The Constitution will not matter then, all that will be needed is a brochure from the ACLU and a homosexual judge to enforce it.
