Apple i-Pad Is Evil – It Causes Global Warming!

Friday, April 30th, 2010

$500 is not enough for this device, you”d better pony up for some carbon offsets as well.

Greenpeace is on the warpath again, and not even liberal companies like Apple are safe.  It seems that the green loons are concerned with the carbon footprint caused by the enormous data centers and networks required for such technology.  Yes, this technology requires electricity (in some cases this entails burning – gasp – coal!)

Of course, Greenpeace has no problem has no problem using such technology to advance its own causes – and of course to raise money to “save the planet”.

Just a word of warning – Greenpeace is not an organization to be messed with.  If you own an i-Pad (or any other evil device which consumes energy), you had comply with their demands.  They know who you are.  They know where you live.  They know where you work.  You are few, but they are many.  Green is the new red, and these jackboots are wearing brownshirts.  So many colors – it”s all about diversity!

Peace out.

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

Earth Day – Ultimate Rebellion Against God

Friday, April 30th, 2010

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

Romans 1: 22-25

One of the founders of Earth Day was an author/artist named Jose Arguelles. Beyond organizing the first “Whole Earth Festival” in 1970, he also founded the Planet Art Network (PAN) in 1983, and organized the Harmonic Convergence in 1987. (Side note: Pan is one of the names given to Satan in Anton LaVey’s “Satanic Bible”.)

Just how radical is Arguelles? He believes that Pan is a false savior, begotten of Mother Earth (Gaia), that will lead us into the Aquarian New Age – but first, the “selfish religion” of Christianity must be destroyed. This includes cleansing the planet of Christians.

(Does that mean that environmentalists will end up on terrorist watch lists like the tea partiers?)

Here is an excerpt from Samantha Smith’s “Goddess Earth, Exposing the Pagan Agenda in the Environmental Movement”:

“In 1985, a friend of mine went to a meeting in Boulder (Colorado), called by Jose Arguelles (leader of PAN and New Age Transformation). It was attended by over 200 people, who “found their own space” and began by meditating and resonating (using vibrating sounds, something like locusts, he said). Participants were presented with “a new idea,” that of seeing the earth as a living, spiritual being that could feel pain.

The group was asked to tune in to the crystal matrix frequency (Mother Earth”s heartbeat) and to relax. Many went into trance-like states. As people felt they were being filled with the Earth”s energy, they became vocal, with sounds rising and falling rhythmically. Some swayed and some fell down on the ground and began writhing. They were then “brought to silence.”

Arguelles told the audience to concentrate on a cloud floating overhead, just drifting, and then told them to invite the cloud in to fill the empty spirit, the empty soul. He said to invite “PAN” in, accepting him as the leader and guide for their lives.

Jose explained that Pan was the first son of Mother Earth and used to live close to his mother in the primeval forest with his brothers and sisters, who went out and founded the temple-building societies (Aztecs, Egyptians, etc,). When Pan refused to join his siblings in the cities, they called him evil and Satan. They invented their own selfish religion, Christianity, which must be removed because it includes a vision of an Apocalypse.

The Boulder audience was told that “right now Mother Earth is bringing Pan back to save us and lead us into the New Age. We can help by surrendering to him, tuning into the crystal matrix frequencies and carrying out the directions received while tuned in.” Arguelles explained this might include the physical removal of Christians, because they are the biggest obstacle to transformation.”

Please keep this in mind while reveling in the throes of Earth Day, which the culture has worked tirelessly fast track into the mainstream. Not only is this brand of radical environmentalism an insult to a holy and just God – it is an outright blasphemous attack. Arguelles’ diatribe is shocking on the surface, but theologically it makes total sense. All hatred and anger in this world is ultimately directed at Christ and His authority. Satan will accept worship any way he can get it, pantheism will do just fine. Wiping Christians off the face of the planet would certainly be an added bonus!  If that doesn”t come to pass – the tyranny, misery, and death that will result from more environmental regulation will also satisfy Satan and the radical environmentalists.

But he who sins against Me injures himself;

All those who hate Me love death.

Burning Fossil Fuels Is a SIN!

Friday, April 30th, 2010

He who overcomes [and uses wind energy] shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.

But the cowardly, unbelieving, [SUV owners], abominable, murderers, [coal companies], sexually immoral, sorcerers, [oil executives], idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.

Revelation 21: 7-8

The New Green Bible Translation

It”s official: U.S. Congressman and Methodist “pastor” Emanuel Cleaver has declared that burning so-called fossil fuels is a sin.

This line of thinking is so insane and theologically unsustainable, it”s laughable.  First he quotes Psalm 24:1, then denies its implications five seconds later.  The earth IS the Lord”s, and everything in it.  When God created the earth, he proclaimed everything good.  Except for the crude oil, coal, and natural gas He put under the ground.  Huh????  God is the God of life and liberty, He gave us energy resources for our benefit.  Without affordable access to energy, people DIE congressman.  Especially the minority community that you claim to champion.

The Bible clearly states what the real sins are.  The shedding of innocent blood (aka abortion) ranks right at the top.  Using our God-given natural resources to keep us alive?  Not quite.  Cleaver clearly holds to an evolutionary worldview, which claims that “fossil fuels” came about from dead dinosaurs and prehistoric forests.  Emanuel Cleaver is obviously not a competent representative OR clergyman.  He panders to the death agenda of the radical left, while denying God”s sovereignty over His creation.  November 2010 cannot come fast enough.

Latest Palin ‘Controversy’: America is a Christian Nation

Friday, April 30th, 2010

Sarah Palin recently gave a press conference with national media present, where she proclaimed that America was a Christian nation.  Right?

No, actually what happened was that Palin gave a speech at a women”s Christian conference in Kentucky.

The speech was then captured on amateur video and posted on Youtube.  Palin spent about five minutes talking about the subject, quoting such controversial subject matter such as George Washington”s farewell address.  Then the media picked up the story and went ballistic.

It”s not as if Palin was advocating burning Harry Potter fans at the stake, or rounding up homosexuals for imprisonment.  She was simply telling the truth, backing up her claims with original-source material.  However the media, sick with Palin Derangement Syndrome, rushes out to find “experts” to refute her with the usual pack of half-truths and straw-man arguments.  (The claim that Jefferson was a deist is laughable, read the inscription on the Jefferson Memorial in Washington DC).

The media is amusing when their petty little worldview is threatened, even on an obscure Youtube posting at a women”s conference.  Sarah Palin, while far from perfect, has managed to shatter countless stereotypes held by the liberal elitists.  That alone has been worth the price of admission.

Of all the dispositions and habits, which lead to political prosperity, Religion and Morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of Patriotism, who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of Men and Citizens.

King Obama Issues Decree for U.S. Hospitals

Friday, April 30th, 2010

He who pays the piper calls the tune.

Many don”t realize that the President of the United States has unilateral powers to dictate hospital policy across the nation.  Well, not every hospital in the country – just the handful that take Medicare and Medicaid payments!

Our king has decreed that all hospitals under the federal thumb must grant visitation rights to same-sex couples.  Beyond the fact that is obvious pandering to a radical special interest group, the more serious concern where does the President get such an authority?  If a hospital doesn”t comply for religious or health reasons, they simply don”t receive federal reimbursements from HHS.  No law was passed, no debate was held, no judge has has ruled – just a proclamation from the chief executive – enforced by the threat of witholding funds.

The libertarian arguments notwithstanding that a hospital patient has the right to receive whatever visitors they darn well please, the issue is that IT”S NONE OF THE PRESIDENT”S BUSINESS.  Article II of the Constitution has not been amended (yet).  Imagine the dictatorial powers under HHS when “health reform” plunges ahead at Mach 3!  Visiting hours and painkillers will be whatever big brother says…

To enjoy life as becomes rational creatures, to possess our souls with pleasure and satisfaction, we must be careful to maintain that blessing, liberty.  By liberty I would be understood, the happiness of living under laws of our own making, by our personal consent, of that of our repesentatives.

The Coming Doctor Shortage

Climate Change is a Theological Issue

Friday, April 30th, 2010

The earth is the Lord”s, and the fullness thereof.

Psalm 24:1

The definition of “sacred” is that which we will not question, even though it cannot be proven.  Christians hold sacred the beliefs in the divine inspiration of Scripture and the deity of Christ, even though these cannot be proven.  This is the essence of faith – the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1).  On the other hand, Newtonian physics is not venerated since it has been proven using the scientific method.  No faith is required to believe in gravity.  However, what happens when a scientific theory is treated as sacred doctrine, even when the empirical evidence is totally contradictory?  Enter the chaotic world of CLIMATE CHANGE.

As with any religion, there are two groups of people in the global warming movement (or climate change, or whatever we”re calling it this week): the shepherds and the sheep.  The sheep do not have critical thinking skills, lack a proper worldview, and they are looking for meaning in their lives.  This a dangerous combination, and it makes them easy prey for the trappings of a false religion – and the shepherds know this all too well. While some of the shepherds may actually believe the hype around climate change, many are knowingly propagating misleading data to manipulate people into a pre-determined agenda.  This has been demonstrated by the recent “Climate Gate” scandal.

The problem is that the word “science” is used as a sledgehammer to bludgeon anyone who questions climate change.  However, climate change is not based on science.  Instead, it is based on scientism – which is accepting a scientific theory as absolute truth in the absence of true scientific evidence.  Climate change is a false religion, and it has every mark of such:

Choir

Evangelists

Religious symbols

Martyrs

Demons

Tithes and offerings

Redemption for sin

Diagnosis on Health Care Vote – A Symptom of a Sick and Dying Nation

Friday, April 30th, 2010

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

John 10:10

The despicable health care vote of March 21, 2010 is not the fault of Barack Obama or the democrats. It’s not the fault of republicans for squandering twelve years of congressional power on federal expansion. It’s not the fault of MSNBC, the SEIU, ACORN, or the G.E. Corporation. It’s not the fault of the American public for electing Obama in 2008, or their collective 70% approval rating at the onset of his term. (It’s not as if everything was fine in 2008 and then suddenly turned south in 2009). It’s not even the fault of the public education system for finally producing a generation of dumbed-down Americans that would gleefully elect a cadre of radical leftists to run the federal government. In fact, this is the exact result one would expect from a sick and dying nation.

It’s easy to curse the darkness and start targeting the above villains that have brought us to this socialist storm brewing on the horizon. It’s easy to treat each of these evils as if they are the real problem, endlessly plugging holes in the dyke only to bolster the flood waters. It’s easy to play “what if” – if only we’d elected McCain – if only the tea party were more organized – if only the media would stop being biased – if only Congress would heed the will of the people – if only the republican party would get its act together, etc. Maybe it’s time to stop trying to treat the symptoms and tackle the disease itself.

What then is the root cause? Why is America sick and dying, with that process now having been accelerated by the advent of a European-style socialized heath care system? It really is a simple answer – THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST IN AMERICA HAS FAILED. The church has failed for decades to be salt and light in the culture, and here we are scratching are heads wondering why the average American doesn’t “get it”. The fact is most Christians don’t get it either. Polling shows that at best, ten percent of Christians evangelize the lost. And a substantial percentage of that evangelism assumes that we still live in the nominally Christianized society of the 19th century. Couple that with the absolute lack of worldview training and discipleship, and the lack of doctrine and biblical literacy in the average evangelical church. Then couple that with the frightening trends among Christian youth in America, a group that almost monolithically rejects absolute truth (to say nothing of the secular youth). This combination makes one begin to realize that socialized medicine is only the beginning of sorrows in America.

Socialized medicine has been decades in the making, it was inevitable. As societal rejection of God increases every year, the state must rise in His place. In fact, the marxists have telegraphed their plans for the last 100 years, why are we surprised? The church in America has failed to the be the storehouse and beacon of truth in our society. Now a majority of Americans decide for themselves what truth is, and are dumbfounded when the state passes draconian legislation against the consent of the governed. As William Penn stated over 300 years ago: Men must be governed by God or they will be ruled by tyrants. Outside of a moral society based on Christianity, the principle of the consent of the governed no longer operates. The sinful nature of human beings cannot co-exist with true liberty, the state must fill the void.

Even still, there is much deserved backlash against the passage of so-called health reform. Now there is a “conservative ascendency” in America as people look for a GOP takeover of Congress in 2010 to lead us to the promised land. There other movements afoot as well – Ron Paul’s Campaign for Liberty and of course the loose coalition of Tea Party groups. However, we had a republican congress from 1994-2006. The anarchist and godless French revolution of 1789 only produced more tyranny. Secular political solutions will at best produce short term victories, delaying the inevitable result of a sick nation – DEATH. Lost people are dead spiritually. Yes the proposed repeal of this legislation and the reassertion of tenth amendment state’s rights are noble endeavors. However, unless the collective spirit of America is awakened, the nation will still riding the long, black train to the graveyard – it will just take a little longer to get there. Only the power of Christ can accomplish the miraculous, and only God’s absolute truth can sustain a free and vibrant nation.

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? What good is liberty to dead people?

Mark 8:36

Will the church rise up once again as did in the Great Awakening to shine the light of truth on America, and offer real solutions that will reverberate throughout eternity? Or will she continue to build buildings, play rock concerts, reject sound doctrine, fail to evangelize the lost and disciple the found, while retreating further from the culture? The church has a golden opportunity to disciple the nation is true liberty, and yet she is allowing secular movements to fill the void – much like education has ceded to government schools. If the church will not tell the truth in society, then who will? We are endowed by God with our rights, and yet Americans reject that God in favor of human saviors and self pleasure. Americans therefore have no right to complain as those rights are stolen right before our eyes. As Josh McDowell has pointed out, this could well the be the last Christian generation in America. If that is the case, it will also be the last generation to have any memory of a free society. Government health care will be just the beginning of the nation’s death throes. Is the church ready for CPR yet?
